Consultation – Prior to cleaning all brides and their gown are required to make a booking for a no obligation, free consultation where one of our experienced team members will explain in detail how your gown will be cared for, any specific details regarding the care of your dress, and provide you with a quote to complete the work and preservation process.
Cleaning – Your gown will be cleaned in accordance with best practice in wedding gown care.
Inspection – Once the cleaning team are satisfied with the results achieved you will be invited back to view the dress to ensure it has met with the expectations outlined in your initial consultation.
Preservation – Following the final inspection your gown will be boxed in a specially designed wedding gown preservation box. These boxes are acid free, sulphur free and lignin free which means your gown will be stored safely for a lifetime.

Modified Trading Hours
We will be CLOSED from Saturday the 24th of December until Sunday the 8th of January.
We will RE-OPEN at 9am on Monday the 9th of January 2023. Please note we are closing early at 4pm on this day and there will be no cleaning on this day as we have scheduled maintenance.
Regular hours resume from Tuesday the 10th of January. There is NO SAME DAY service for this first week of trading.
